As a production assistant for The Nutcracker, I played a vital role in ensuring the production's smooth operation. I was responsible for helping to gather the children dancers promptly and keep them organized throughout the performances. Additionally, I assisted with the Nutcracker Market before the show, during intermission, and after the show, contributing to its success. Throughout the run, I provided support to the production stage manager (PSM) and assistant stage manager (ASM), addressing any needs or tasks to help maintain the production's efficiency and professionalism.
